Welcome to RESTDC Webpage
This webpage is the ongoing project of the Research
and Educational Services Training and Development Committee, the RESTDC.
Our committee was created in September 2005 to develop and oversee training
and staff development for RES personnel, and also to advise and keep
the AUL/RES and RES department and program heads informed in matters
related to RES staff training and development. In accordance with our
original charge, our members are drawn from each of the 6 RES departments
and represent all levels of RES staff, from Bargaining Unit to Exempt
Staff to Librarian. The group reports to the Associate University Librarian
for RES (the AUL/RES) through the RES Department Head liaison. We also
routinely consult with SUL’s Organizational Development Specialist
and our RES Department Head liaison.
